Based on our analysis of the information you provide, we will contact our carefully selected, high quality carriers to negotiate the best possible rates for your insurance needs.  We will analyze the proposals, and evaluate the costs, services, networks, benefits and provisions. Together, we will select the most competitive and cost-effective plan.

We’ll work to ensure smooth implementation.
Freudenrich & Associates serves as your liaison with the carriers, working to ensure a smooth transition for your insurance program. We will conduct meetings, assist in the completion of documents, and provide a point of direct contact in the event any questions should arise.

We’ll monitor progress.
Freudenrich & Associates will provide ongoing support whenever your needs and situation change. We will assist you with administrative, billing or claims issues. We will aid in renewals, periodic benefit meetings and inform you of any changes in plan coverage.

We’ll provide Section 125/ Cafeteria Plan Administration.
Freudenrich & Associates will assist you in preparing Section 125 Cafeteria Plan documents for your attorney’s review. These documents will include: Adoption Agreement/Corporate Resolution; Plan Document; Summary Plan Description; and, enrollment materials for our clients with Core and Worksite Benefits Programs. We will conduct bi-yearly, non-discrimination testing, weekly processing of medical reimbursements for your FSA account, and weekly processing of dependent care reimbursements for your DCAP account.

We’ll help find vendors.
Freudenrich & Associates will assist in the selection of a quality vendor for the management of your COBRA Administration, ERISA Compliance issues and Third Party Administration for claims processing.
